Vancouver, BC May 22nd, 2020 – LED SMART Inc is providing the Royal Columbian Hospital with 8700 surgical masks, 43 respirators, 45 pairs of p100 filters and 200 face shields. These essential products will help meet the increased demands needed to safely combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We are in a position at this time to contribute to the fight against Covid-19. When we learned of the supply shortage of these products, we wanted to help,” said Xinxin Shan, President of LED SMART
“British Columbia is home to our main manufacturing facility and staffs more than 80 employees, so we are pleased our donations will help the front-line workers fighting COVID-19 in our community.”
LED SMART is also ramping up to temporarily produce portable ventilators in a collaborative effort with other manufactures across the country at its facilities in Surrey, BC.
In the past weeks, LED SMART has also donated other key supplies such as disinfectants and additional masks to front line workers.
