LEDs do not waste energy as a fluorescent lamps do. LED lamps use less energy to produce light, and generate minimal heat operation as compared to fluorescents. The LEDs themselves emit minimal heat, thus maintaining a cool operating temperature.

Extremely Long Life

LEDs have a functional lifetime far superior to more traditional lighting technologies. An LED can last from 30,000 to 100,000 hours, almost 50 times longer than most incandescent light sources (2000 hours). LEDs will also last10 times longer than fluorescent sources (10,000 hours).

LED Lamps, are designed to fit into existing fluorescent lamp installations, using the exising sockets. Ballast replacement kits are available to replace each ballast in your application.

Wide range of colors

The basic LED colors are Cool White, Warm White, Blue, Red, Green and Yellow. Within each color there are a range of shades.

No Color Fade

An LED is designed to emit a specific wavelength of light. This is defined during the LED manufacturing process. LEDs do not rely on colored filters or gels to produce a specific color which could fade over time.

Sealed Units

LEDs do not need to be changed like fluorescent or incandescent bulbs.There is no need for a bulb holder/fitting or need to make the enclosure accessible for changing the bulb. This also makes the unit tamper proof and more vandal resistant. LEDs are solid state devices which have no filaments or glass tubes to break.

Low Voltage

The LED light fixture operates at the preferred voltage of 24Vdc. These lamps can be designed to work with any voltage required, upon request.
